Follow these steps to receive CME credit for participating in Pediatric Grand Rounds:

1. Sign on to Kaleida Campus.
   If you do not have an ID/Password for Kaleida Campus, obtain one by clicking the
   New Users Start Here button below.
   Please note - Processing new user IDs will be completed in 5 to 6 business days.
2. Click on the My Training Plan link.
3. Click on the WCHOB Grand Rounds for CME Credits link.
4. Click on the Course Code to the left of the video you wish to view.
5. Click the Start Course link.
6. After viewing the Grand Rounds, click the Exit button at the bottom of the screen.
7. You will see the Completed status displayed for those that have already been viewed.

Information regarding CME Credits
This program has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for CME (ACCME) through joint sponsorship with the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.  The University at Buffalo is accredited by the ACCME to sponsor CME for physicians.
