Special Interests:
Dr. Leach's research involves studying the effect of low doses of hydrocortisone on the development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia on chronic lung disease in the premature infant. She is also involved in the study of the effect of UV light treatment of HVAC systems on nosocomial infection rate in the NICU. Additional academic interests include pulmonary physiology and partial liquid ventilation
